This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data held by Premierely, including data collected through our Instagram integration via the Meta platform.
To remove the Instagram integration and delete all associated data (access token, account ID, username, linked Facebook Page ID):
Disconnecting immediately deletes your stored access token and all Instagram account data from our systems. Future Instagram Story posts will be disabled for all your channels.
The fastest way is to do it yourself: go to Settings > Account and click Delete account. Your account and the data linked to it are removed right away.
If you can't log in, or you want us to do it for you, send an email to gino@premierely.io with the subject line "Account deletion request" and include the email address associated with your account.
We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation once deletion is complete. Some data may be kept longer where the law requires it, for example tax records.
If you connected Instagram through Premierely and want to revoke app access directly from Facebook:
Revoking app access through Facebook invalidates the access token stored in our systems. We will detect the revocation on the next scheduled token refresh and delete the token automatically. To ensure immediate deletion, also disconnect via Premierely settings as described above, or email us at gino@premierely.io.
The following Instagram / Meta data is stored by Premierely when you connect the integration:
We do not store the content of Instagram posts, your followers, your messages, or any other Instagram profile data. All of the above is deleted when you disconnect the integration or delete your account.
